- Provided strategic advice to the client on financing assumptions, development timelines, and land-use planning.
- Revised and re-built key sections of the client’s financial and planning models, including the addition of new financing structures.

- Client was also seeking advice on financial assumptions for the business case and wanted to incorporate more efficient analysis of sensitivities.
- Reviewed the logic, structure and integrity of the client’s models, and provided feedback on model best practice.
- Provided model build services on two separate models: 1) a large-scale planning model for the entire site assessing the overall project returns, and 2) a focused planning model incorporating a more detailed financing structure and more definitive timelines / costs for the first parcels to be delivered.
